Owner Operator – Home Furnishing Delivery Teams

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Safely operate and maintain delivery vehicles in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

• Execute residential deliveries across Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island.

• Deliver professional two-person service at customer locations.

• Load, secure, transport, and unload merchandise in a safe and efficient manner.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and AIT operations teams.

• Use mobile technology and delivery applications to manage routes and documentation.

• Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction.

• Assist operational needs as instructed while upholding service and delivery standards.

• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and within the designated service windows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 16'–18' box truck with lift gate is mandatory.

• A reliable helper is required (teams of two only).

• Valid EIN, insurance, and vehicle registration are necessary.

• DOT/MC authority as needed.

• Must fulfill all state and federal compliance requirements.

• Ability to pass background, drug, and MVR screenings.

• Proficiency with smartphones and experience in GPS navigation.

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
