This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Formulate and execute regional strategies for P2P expansion to ensure sustainable and stable business growth.
• Keep abreast of regional regulatory changes and evaluate their effects on P2P business models.
• Regularly modify market strategies in response to competitive dynamics and market fluctuations.
• Create and refine onboarding processes, segmentation, and incentive frameworks for advertisers (merchants).
• Maintain strong relationships with key merchants to ensure liquidity depth and competitive spreads.
• Enhance completion rates, trading efficiency, and performance in dispute resolution.
• Establish structured management systems for regional merchant operations.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to improve P2P transaction workflows and feature development.
• Offer structured feedback regarding product deficiencies, user challenges, and regional behavioral variations.
• Streamline end-to-end operational efficiency, encompassing order flow, payment processing, and dispute resolution.
• Track essential P2P KPIs (volume, active users, merchant depth, spreads, completion rate, dispute rate).
• Perform comprehensive data analysis and anomaly detection to uncover growth impediments and risk patterns.
• Monitor competitor strategies (pricing, incentives, merchant policies, risk models) and suggest strategic responses.
• Over 5 years of experience in platform operations; experience in crypto/Web3 is highly preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of direct P2P operations experience in international markets (excluding Mainland China).
• Experience with major exchanges is essential.
• Strong comprehension of:
• P2P liquidity dynamics and spread creation.
• Regional payment systems (bank transfers, local e-wallets, alternative payment rails).
• A demonstrated ability to modify operational strategies in response to market and competitive shifts.
• Robust analytical skills with a strong inclination towards data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese or other regional languages is advantageous.
