This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Formulate and execute regional P2P expansion strategies across LATAM to ensure sustainable and stable business growth.
• Keep track of regional regulatory changes and evaluate their implications on P2P business models.
• Regularly refine market strategy in response to competitive dynamics and shifts in the market.
• Design and enhance onboarding processes, segmentation, and incentive frameworks for advertisers (merchants).
• Maintain strong relationships with key merchants to ensure adequate liquidity depth and competitive spreads.
• Enhance completion rates, trading efficiency, and the performance of dispute resolution.
• Create structured management frameworks for merchant operations in the region.
• Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams to improve P2P transaction workflows and feature development.
• Offer structured feedback on product deficiencies, user challenges, and regional behavioral variances.
• Optimize end-to-end operational efficiency, covering order flow, payment processing, and dispute management.
• Monitor essential P2P KPIs (volume, active users, merchant depth, spreads, completion rate, and dispute rate).
• Perform comprehensive data analysis and anomaly detection to pinpoint growth obstacles and risk patterns.
• Analyze competitor strategies (pricing, incentives, merchant policies, risk models) and suggest strategic responses.
• Over 5 years of experience in platform operations; experience in crypto / Web3 is highly preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of practical P2P operations experience in international markets (excluding Mainland China).
• Background with major exchanges is preferred.
• Strong understanding of:
• P2P liquidity dynamics and spread formation.
• Regional payment systems (bank transfers, local e-wallets, alternative channels such as PIX, SPEI, Mercado Pago, and similar LATAM payment methods).
• Proven capability to adapt operational strategies in response to market and competitive changes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills across various functions.
• Proficiency in English + Spanish or Portuguese is required (both are a significant advantage).
