This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Sales & Consultation: Cultivate and expand your customer base within your sales territory by providing personalized guidance and focused coordination.

• Shape brand presence: Ensure prime shelf placement, execute innovative promotions, and maintain a professional in-store representation.

• Activate retailers: Educate sales personnel and represent the company at trade exhibitions.

• Utilize smart data: Employ route planning and reporting through iPad and online tools — ensuring a digital, efficient, and transparent process.

• Demonstrate market awareness: Assess competitors and market trends — uncover opportunities ahead of the competition.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in field sales, retail, or related sales roles.

• Strong communication skills, with a persuasive and service-oriented approach.

• Self-sufficient, organized, and driven by targets.

• Proficiency in written and spoken German.

• Valid driver's license (Class B) and comfortable using an iPhone & iPad.

• Reside in one of our sales areas or be willing to relocate to the region.
