Outside Sales Representative, Kitchen and Bath Dealer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the overall relationship and manage the daily sales operations directed towards Kitchen & Bath dealers within the assigned territory.

• Drive the sales of Richelieu’s premium solutions through methodical consultative sales conversations.

• Discover key major account opportunities within the Kitchen & Bath Dealer sector, fostering significant sales growth in the area.

• Arrange and conduct face-to-face as well as virtual customer meetings.

• Take responsibility for the growth of your designated territory, focusing on both new customer acquisition and nurturing existing relationships.

• Analyze previous purchasing behaviors of current accounts.

• Deliver a cutting-edge customer service experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in solutions/consultative-based outside sales targeting the Kitchen & Bath dealer sector.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, coachable, and possessing a strong work ethic.

• Capability to effectively schedule and manage your own time, achieving results-driven activities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-developed analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring capabilities.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an advantage.

• A university degree is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; must be capable of effectively using Excel, Word, and Outlook for daily tasks and responsibilities.
