This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Promote and market Bray's comprehensive range of products to customers within the designated territory.
• Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Visit customer sites to gain insight into their processes and requirements, providing solutions with Bray’s products to enhance efficiency, reliability, and overall value.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective management of territory and accounts.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge of Bray’s product offerings.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) is highly preferred, or in Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Prior experience in selling valves and controls is desirable.
• Experience in industries such as HVAC / Automatic Temperature Control.
• Previous experience in outside sales, especially in industrial sales.
• Strong understanding of fluid handling equipment (valves, controls, actuators, etc.).
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of motivation and determination with a “self-starter” attitude.
• Capability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts and sales opportunities effectively.
• Clean driving record and valid automobile insurance are required.
• A credit check is a prerequisite for this position.
