This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Accountable for general and specific responsibilities related to the efficient opening, execution, and conclusion of the complete sales cycle processes through the formulation of sales strategies.
• Collaborates with Inside Sales to guarantee account retention by providing seamless customer support, resource coordination, and order fulfillment troubleshooting.
• Profitably enhances sales to meet annual sales targets as a sales consultant for both established core industries and emerging sectors and markets.
• Identifies new accounts, focuses on retaining current accounts, and seeks to expand opportunities with existing clients.
• Exhibits extensive knowledge of products to effectively position and align Wurth Industry offerings with the customer's business objectives and initiatives.
• Cultivates and maintains customer relationships to become a trusted consultative advisor, ensuring retention, growth, and client satisfaction.
• Provides comprehensive representation of the Wurth Industry product portfolio.
• Develops regular sales call plans and records outcomes.
• Sets sales targets and monitors sales performance through reporting, while planning and executing sales strategies as needed.
• Maintains precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups utilizing CRM software.
• Remains informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
• Works with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service delivery.
• Participates in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to broaden business prospects.
• Performs any additional duties as assigned.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of outside sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in outside sales, business development, or a comparable field.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong capability to build rapport and sustain client relationships.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
