Outside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Accountable for both general and specific responsibilities associated with the efficient opening, execution, and closing of the complete sales cycle processes through the formulation of sales strategies.

• Collaborates with Inside Sales to ensure customer retention through effective support.

• Achieves yearly sales objectives profitably by acting as a consultant for both current and emerging industries.

• Identifies new accounts and enhances opportunities with existing clients.

• Develops and nurtures customer relationships to promote retention, growth, and overall client satisfaction.

• Executes regular sales call strategies and monitors results.

• Establishes sales targets and monitors performance via reporting.

• Keeps abreast of industry trends and collaborates with internal teams.

• Participates in industry events and fulfills any other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in outside sales or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Demonstrated expertise in outside sales, business development, or a similar area.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Strong aptitude for building rapport and sustaining client relationships.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.

• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.

• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• A valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
