Outside Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Cultivate new profitable business account relationships.

• Enhance profitability with existing accounts.

• Identify potential business opportunities by leveraging knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services.

• Deliver sales presentations to both current and prospective clients.

• Educate clients on the advantages of the organization's products and services.

• Establish and maintain an effective referral network.

• Execute a call program to drive sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Two to three years of applicable sales experience.

• Willingness to travel.

• Fundamental understanding of product marketing, client service challenges, and organizational operations.

• Strong skills in marketing, business development/sales, and negotiation.

• Capability to creatively address client concerns and challenges.

• Basic problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks/projects and meeting deadlines simultaneously.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with Salesforce.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Candidates are required to reside in Metro Memphis.
