This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Develop and expand a sales territory through regular outreach, phone calls, visits, and relationship building.
• Engage with schools, gyms, studios, leagues, and various organizations in person to assess their needs and propose solutions.
• Perform fittings, product demonstrations, and on-site meetings with key decision makers.
• Represent Rebel Athletic at events, conferences, competitions, and industry gatherings.
• Oversee all phases of the sales process from initial introduction to final delivery.
• Maintain professional communication regarding timelines, updates, and expectations.
• Keep precise notes in the CRM, including follow-ups and planning details.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance the customer experience from beginning to end.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or territory-based sales.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to plan, prioritize, and manage your own schedule effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Reliable transportation and a readiness to travel frequently.
• Excellent follow-up skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Background in cheer, dance, athletics, or related fields.
• Established relationships with schools, gyms, studios, or performance programs.
• Experience in field-based or relationship-driven sales environments.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
