This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Identify and Qualify Leads: Engage with prospective leads during trade shows and conferences.
• Serve as the Initial Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients, recognizing their challenges and effectively conveying how Popl can assist.
• Manage Pipeline: Schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives and contribute to our revenue growth.
• Attend Events: Participate in numerous industry trade shows and conferences each month.
• Maintain CRM Accuracy: Ensure that CRM and outreach tools are organized and kept up-to-date with precise contact and opportunity information.
• Collaborate Effectively: Partner with our sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance messaging and processes continuously.
• Coach and Train: Share successful strategies and assist in training fellow team members on sales techniques.
• 2-5 years of experience in a field sales, field marketing, or SDR/BDR position (preferably within the SaaS or tech industry).
• Reside in a city with a major airport for convenient nationwide travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and innovative prospecting methods.
• Self-motivated mindset: open to coaching, organized, and eager for personal growth.
• Knowledge of enterprise-grade CRM and marketing automation tools.
