β’ Identify and Qualify Leads: Engage with prospective leads during trade shows and conferences.
β’ Serve as the Initial Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients, recognizing their challenges and effectively conveying how Popl can assist.
β’ Manage Pipeline: Schedule qualified meetings for our Account Executives and contribute to our revenue growth.
β’ Attend Events: Participate in numerous industry trade shows and conferences each month.
β’ Maintain CRM Accuracy: Ensure that CRM and outreach tools are organized and kept up-to-date with precise contact and opportunity information.
β’ Collaborate Effectively: Partner with our sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance messaging and processes continuously.
β’ Coach and Train: Share successful strategies and assist in training fellow team members on sales techniques.
β’ 2-5 years of experience in a field sales, field marketing, or SDR/BDR position (preferably within the SaaS or tech industry).
β’ Reside in a city with a major airport for convenient nationwide travel.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
β’ Comfortable with outbound outreach and innovative prospecting methods.
β’ Self-motivated mindset: open to coaching, organized, and eager for personal growth.
β’ Knowledge of enterprise-grade CRM and marketing automation tools.
