This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
β’ Conduct in-home inspections by traveling remotely within the designated sales territory.
β’ Leverage warm, pre-qualified leads to establish and nurture a solid book of business.
β’ Assess and inform homeowners about the issues present in their homes, offering various solution options.
β’ Provide estimates for repairs and present generated job proposals to homeowners.
β’ Finalize sales with customers during the home visits.
β’ Cultivate customer relationships while monitoring the sales lead pipeline.
β’ Preferred 1-2 years of sales experience, though not mandatory.
β’ Background in commission-based, B2C, or in-home sales is advantageous.
β’ Possess an entrepreneurial mindset aimed at enhancing performance and customer satisfaction.
β’ Experience in construction or home improvement is beneficial.
