This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Drive business expansion by generating opportunities through field outreach, digital engagement, and local networking.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, converting conversations into revenue and achieving consistent results within your territory.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with business owners, establishing yourself as a key advisor who understands their objectives.
• Deliver persuasive, value-focused presentations demonstrating how Genius® enhances operations, boosts loyalty, and drives growth.
• Develop your territory strategy utilizing market insights to strengthen your pipeline and expedite deal momentum.
• Broaden Global Payments’ influence by introducing innovative solutions that enable businesses to operate more efficiently and grow rapidly.
• Enhance long-term client value by pinpointing opportunities to expand solutions and deepen relationships.
• Dedicate up to 75% of your time in the field, fostering meaningful, face-to-face connections that yield results.
• Minimum of one year of success in B2B or business-to-consumer (B2C) outside sales, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both in person and virtually.
• Confidence in quickly building relationships and earning the trust of business owners.
• A competitive, self-motivated mindset with the drive to achieve and surpass goals.
• Ability to think from the client's perspective and connect solutions to tangible business outcomes.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to spend up to 75% of your time in the field.
• Residence within two hours of the territory to maintain connectivity and responsiveness.
• Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell existing merchants on new features, software add-ons, and hardware upgrades is a plus.
• Experience in the restaurant or retail industries is advantageous.
• Two years of B2B Outside Sales experience, preferably within fintech, merchant services, or SaaS.
