This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and implement a territory growth strategy aimed at boosting sales volume and enhancing market presence.
• Propel revenue growth while ensuring alignment with the profitability objectives and strategic goals of the company.
• Oversee pricing, deal structures, and account strategies to uphold margin expectations.
• Predict sales performance and modify strategies to achieve or surpass targets.
• Develop, sustain, and actively nurture a robust sales pipeline to facilitate ongoing growth.
• Foster relationships with existing customers and increase share of wallet with key accounts.
• Actively seek and cultivate new customers, including fleets and industry partners.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach by recognizing customer needs and delivering customized solutions.
• Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the entire sales process.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (sales support, engineering, marketing, and operations) to provide solutions and ensure effective execution.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer interactions while offering valuable market insights.
• At least 5 years of experience in outside sales within B2B distribution.
• Bachelor's degree or comparable relevant industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage accounts and successfully close deals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Willingness to travel 50% to 75% of the time.
