This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Expand the territory by acquiring new customers while nurturing relationships with current accounts.
• Conduct cold calls and seek out new business prospects.
• Oversee a portfolio of open orders to ensure customer satisfaction and keep them informed.
• Update your CRM on a daily basis and structure your schedule around a well-organized outside sales strategy.
• Cultivate relationships with customers across all levels of their organizations.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and maintain smooth industry operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Engineering **OR** a 2-year technical degree is preferred.
• **A minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in industrial repair services, with a preference for backgrounds in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components.**
• Proven experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, account development, and effective time management.
• Capability to establish and sustain business relationships.
• Must possess clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Required computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn and utilize a CRM system.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Overnight travel may be necessary.
• This position necessitates the ability to drive to and visit customers in industrial environments, and may occasionally require lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs.
