This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement a strategic sales initiative aimed at identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, which includes prospecting, lead qualification, cold calling, customer presentations, proposal and quotation development, negotiation, and closing.
• Develop and sustain a strong pipeline through proactive business development and effective territory management.
• Leverage CRM systems, sales tools, and available resources to efficiently plan activities, manage opportunities, and optimize territory performance.
• Work alongside experienced customer service and technical support teams to provide outstanding customer solutions and surpass sales targets.
• Forge strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by comprehending their operational challenges and suggesting suitable repair solutions.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or a two-year technical degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of industrial sales experience is required, ideally with a focus on selling repair services. Experience with electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servo motors, drives, or mechanical component repair is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate new business and establish enduring customer relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel overnight as business needs dictate.
• This role necessitates frequent driving for customer visits, standing and walking in industrial settings, and occasionally lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
