This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Drive the expansion of company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores, enhancing the customer base, sales, and profitability.
• Promote the complete range of NAPA products and programs to Wholesale Customers.
• Collaborate with the local Store Manager to devise strategies aimed at boosting sales and proactively initiate, contact, manage, and nurture leads at the local level.
• Identify the specific needs of customers and align NAPA's solutions accordingly.
• Work alongside manufacturer's representatives to enhance program offerings and increase customer knowledge of product lines.
• Engage with customers to keep them connected through all of NAPA's eSales initiatives.
• Conduct educational seminars, clinics, and presentations on NAPA product lines and services.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing customer issues, complaints, and inquiries both in person and via telephone.
• Previous experience in a retail environment or outside sales.
• A minimum of 2 years in a customer-focused role with the ability to thrive in a quota-driven setting.
• Understand and exhibit fundamental selling skills, including preparation for sales calls, managing customer meetings, overcoming objections, closing sales, and maintaining accounts.
• Ability to present information effectively in group meetings.
• A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years is required.
