This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivating client relationships at various levels within designated accounts
• Understanding challenges within each client's operations and pinpointing opportunities to deliver value
• Collaborating with inside sales, engineering, service teams, and various manufacturer representatives
• Enhancing profit margins with established high-volume clients
• Driving revenue growth by broadening and diversifying product offerings
• Assisting in the transition of DG installations to aftermarket support
• Identifying new client accounts through business development strategies
• Building strong connections with client decision-makers
• Evaluating challenges and opportunities for value creation
• Working alongside the inside sales team through lead sharing and strategic collaboration
• Marketing and selling Cadence services
• Facilitating training sessions for maintenance staff
• Recognizing engineering lead opportunities for Design Group leadership
• Demonstrated experience in industrial equipment sales or a related field
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation abilities
• Strategic mindset with the capacity to identify growth opportunities
• Technical proficiency to deliver product training and support
• Willingness to travel and manage a varied account portfolio
• Associate’s degree; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage
• Experience collaborating with service technicians on capital equipment
• Relevant knowledge of the sanitary process industry is a plus
