Outside Sales, Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Represent MCC’s Vision, Mission, and Values in every interaction. Foster an innovative environment that utilizes technology and swiftly addresses customer needs.

• Identify and investigate prospective customers and market segments that align with MCC’s capabilities. Initiate outreach via calls, emails, and networking.

• Engage with potential clients to comprehend their requirements and assess compatibility with MCC’s solutions. Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.

• Assist the Sales team by crafting presentations, proposals, and samples. Ensure seamless communication between prospects and internal teams.

• Collect and share insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to assist in refining MCC’s offerings.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, and Operations teams to guarantee that customer requirements are understood and fulfilled.

• Maintain precise records of leads, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the printing, labeling, or packaging industry is essential.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time, nationally.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or related roles.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to research and identify potential customers.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Readiness to travel occasionally for customer visits or industry events.
