This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee a portfolio to achieve and surpass sales and productivity objectives across all product lines.
• Support dealers in optimizing the financial potential of the program through tailored action plans.
• Enhance service advisor performance, training, and overall retail strategies by providing coaching and training to capitalize on business opportunities for all products.
• Work in partnership with the Service Manager, Parts Manager, and other dealer stakeholders to establish product screening, manage inventory levels, and set competitive pricing to achieve business goals.
• Create and uphold a consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers.
• Oversee all activity tracking and account details in Salesforce.
• Stay informed about current industry trends and disseminate best practices throughout the team and dealership network to foster ongoing improvement.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.
• Previous professional experience in sales with territory management capabilities.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-up abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of all phases of the sales process (business planning, training, retail selling, and inventory) and the capability to negotiate and finalize deals.
• Must reside within the designated territory.
• Excellent customer relationship skills and the capacity to sell effectively at the highest level.
