Outreach Specialist I, Bilingual Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Making a significant number of outbound calls to arrange appointments with a licensed Nurse Practitioner

• Handling incoming calls from members and case managers

• Promptly returning any voicemail messages

• Efficiently securing visits through scheduling software

• Exhibiting outstanding customer service skills

• Clarifying the significance of completing the annual assessment

• Performing follow-up calls to members before scheduled visits

• Confirming and validating demographic and contact details

• Addressing any issues or concerns regarding field providers to the manager

• Achieving established performance standards and departmental objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, and various internet-based applications

• Self-driven and capable of working independently

• Proven ability to quickly establish telephonic relationships with prospective customers

• At least 1 year of call center experience or relevant tele-sales experience (preferred)

• Basic understanding of medical terminology (preferred)
