Outreach Specialist, Bilingual Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Making a significant number of outbound calls to arrange appointments with a licensed Nurse Practitioner.

• Responding to incoming calls from members and case managers.

• Promptly returning voice mail messages.

• Adhering to specific talking points and protocols during member outreach calls.

• Efficiently scheduling visits using scheduling software.

• Consistently demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

• Utilizing outstanding communication and social skills.

• Conducting follow-up calls to members ahead of the scheduled date.

• Confirming and verifying all demographic and contact details.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, and various internet-based applications.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Proven ability to quickly establish telephonic relationships with prospective customers.

• 1+ years of call center experience or relevant tele-sales experience.

• Basic understanding of medical terminology.

• Experience with integrated voice/IT systems.
