Outreach & Partnerships Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Identify suitable publications, blogs, newsletters, social media influencers, and collaborators that resonate with our messaging and engage our target audience. Conduct outreach to secure guest posts, features, backlinks, and partnerships.

• Research and evaluate guest posting, backlink, and feature opportunities that align with our brand positioning.

• Assess each opportunity for its relevance and quality.

• Craft personalized outreach messages to editors and site owners.

• Propose angles that cater to both the outlet's audience and our messaging.

• Establish enduring relationships with editors and partners to ensure repeat placements.

• Monitor all opportunities and provide reports on pipeline and results.

• Collaborate with our content team to align on potential opportunities and the content to be developed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in outreach, digital PR, link building, or guest posting, with verifiable placements.

• Strong research skills and persuasive writing abilities that elicit responses.

• Capable of grasping technical subjects sufficiently to pitch them effectively.

• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with following up and handling rejection.

• Preferred experience in B2B or technology content, along with an established network of editors or publishers.

• A network within the technology, enterprise, or trade press, particularly outlets targeted at CTOs, CIOs, and leaders in infrastructure or data centers.

• Familiarity with the AI and cloud media landscape (including industry publications, analyst blogs, newsletters) and an understanding of which sources hold credibility among enterprise buyers.
