Outreach & Partnerships Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Identify suitable publications, blogs, newsletters, social media influencers, and collaborators that resonate with our messaging and engage our audience.

• Conduct outreach to secure guest posts, features, backlinks, and partnerships.

• Research and assess guest posting, backlink, and feature opportunities that align with our brand positioning.

• Evaluate each opportunity for relevance and quality.

• Craft personalized outreach messages to editors and site owners.

• Propose angles that cater to both the outlet's audience and our messaging.

• Foster enduring relationships with editors and partners to ensure repeat placements.

• Monitor all opportunities and provide updates on pipeline and results.

• Collaborate with our content team to align on opportunities and content to be developed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in outreach, digital PR, link building, or guest posting, with tangible placements to showcase.

• Strong research abilities and persuasive writing skills that elicit responses.

• Capable of grasping a technical subject well enough to pitch it with confidence.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with follow-ups and potential rejections.

• Preferred experience in B2B or technology content, along with an established network of editors or publishers.

• A network in technology, enterprise, or trade press, particularly outlets frequented by CTOs, CIOs, and leaders in infrastructure or data centers.

• Familiarity with the AI and cloud media landscape (including industry publications, analyst blogs, and newsletters) and an understanding of which sources are influential among enterprise buyers.
