Outreach Manager – Growth, Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the CGO to transform overarching strategies into actionable revenue plans across all growth avenues at Green Spoon.

• Proactively seek out, qualify, and advance deals. This role emphasizes outbound efforts and relationship management across various areas: Enterprise and emerging brands, Green Spoon’s data platform, Future service offerings and revenue models, Strategic partnerships.

• Assume responsibility for early-stage growth from opportunity identification to maintaining a qualified, actively moving pipeline, which includes: Utilizing syndicated data (e.g., SPINS) to pinpoint and target the right brands, Converting outreach and introductions into active deal flow, Assessing opportunity size and strategic alignment, Ensuring the pipeline remains staged, healthy, and progressing, Driving opportunities to closure.

• Represent Green Spoon within the Natural CPG sector, fostering trusted relationships, creating opportunities, and broadening our influence.

• Stay well-informed about emerging growth channels within Natural CPG, including DTC brands, creator-led brands, and social platforms, translating trends into tangible partnership and revenue prospects.

• Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with: Internal teams, Executive leadership at brand partners, Strategic partners, Industry stakeholders.

• Identify and implement opportunities within the existing portfolio to broaden our coverage models.

• Collaborate on innovative, value-added propositions to drive growth.

• Assist in developing and refining the sales tools that secure business, including: Pitch decks for new revenue streams, Partnership presentations, Enterprise brand sales materials, Executive and board-level growth presentations, ROI models and value proposition collateral.

• Maintain a close watch on the business through comprehensive reporting within Green Spoon’s CRM, tracking: Active opportunities, Revenue potential, Win rates, Time to close, Performance by growth channel.

• You have strong connections within the Natural Foods / CPG industry and leverage your network to create new opportunities.

• You excel at building relationships, enjoy connecting people, and foster trust at all organizational levels.

• You are outgoing and comfortable initiating conversations, engaging with others in social settings, and developing new relationships.

• You demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and ownership, consistently pushing initiatives forward.

• You have a proven track record of sourcing and advancing opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

• You are an effective communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging with founders, executives, and internal teams.

• You possess exceptional skills in creating compelling presentations and materials that clearly convey value and secure business.

• You are organized and operationally adept, capable of managing multiple opportunities while maintaining a dynamic pipeline.

• You have a keen eye for emerging brands and categories, with a genuine interest in future trends within Natural CPG.

• You are data-informed and experienced in utilizing syndicated data (e.g., SPINS, Aislytics, or similar tools).

• You have experience collaborating with and supporting C-level executives.

• You embody a proactive, resourceful attitude, focused on successfully closing deals.
