Outreach Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with families from India's top 500 business groups, focusing on parents of students in grades 9–12.

• Cultivate trust-based, long-term relationships with business owners, promoters, and family offices.

• Lead in-depth discussions about global education pathways and elite university admissions.

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with entire families, with a focus on achieving closure through in-person advisory sessions rather than remote communication.

• Utilize and enhance access to India's leading business families, promoter and CXO-led family office ecosystems, including referrals, closed networks, and curated introductions.

• Gain insights into family aspirations, legacy planning, and education positioning within ultra-wealthy segments.

• Seek collaborations with select premium schools when applicable.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in premium/luxury events, experiential marketing, or high-end client engagement roles.

• Demonstrated experience in curating and managing exclusive, invite-only events involving CXOs, promoters, and prominent business families in India.

• Strong aptitude for relationship building through curated experiences, closed-door gatherings, and high-touch engagement formats.

• Preferred minimum of 2–3 years of remote work experience.

• MBA or Postgraduate degree from a prestigious business school.

• Familiarity with international education systems (US/UK universities, global curricula).

• Additional courses or certifications in luxury management, hospitality, or client relationship management will be considered an asset.
