Outreach Concierge Navigator, Bilingual in Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Delivers specialized member support tailored to the specific market or region.

• Engages with members through in-market initiatives such as Welcome Calls and New Member Onboarding.

• Guarantees that members have access to Primary Care Physicians (PCP) and specialists for coordinated care.

• Informs members about potential gaps in care and aids in scheduling provider appointments.

• Addresses incoming inquiries regarding members’ eligibility, benefits, provider details, clinical, and pharmacy needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding.

• Ability to type 40+ words per minute.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
