Outpatient Psychiatrist – Adult

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver services to a varied demographic of patients, managing an average caseload of 50 patients per week, approximately 8-12 patients daily (Caseload numbers may fluctuate based on clinical discretion, patient requirements, etc.)

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management services

• Create tailored treatment plans for a diverse patient population (50/week)

• Administer care through a telehealth platform

• Offer support and guidance to colleagues and supervisors

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution

• Completed a Psychiatry residency program, including diverse rotations such as Primary Care during the training

• Hold an active and good standing medical license in at least one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, or Massachusetts

• Maintain an active and unrestricted medical practice license and a DEA number in at least one of the aforementioned states

• Board-Eligible or Board-certified in Psychiatry

• Demonstrate interest in advancing to a Supervisory/Leadership position within our practice

• Have proven experience and a strong desire to support Psychotherapy treatment

• Experience in Psychotherapy modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.)

• Ability to provide Patient Education

• Skills in Diagnosis and Treatment Planning
