This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Reach out to current and prospective dental clients to expand business opportunities.
• Manage key accounts to drive sales growth in both existing and new clients.
• Identify key decision-makers within targeted prospects to initiate the sales process.
• Work alongside management to formulate strategic sales initiatives.
• Foster partnerships and implement targeted pricing programs.
• Market additional services to enhance customer loyalty.
• Assist in marketing activities such as trade shows and exhibitions.
• Record all activities and status updates for each assigned account.
• Relay product deficiencies and competitive insights to leadership.
• Diagnose and resolve customer service challenges.
• Generally requires 1 or more years of Customer Service experience.
• A preference for candidates with 3 years of sales experience.
• Proficient computer skills and effective time management abilities are essential.
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• A positive attitude and high energy are crucial.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are necessary.
