This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Establish and grow Brightvision's presence in your target market - France.
• Identify prospects, initiate contact, and develop a robust pipeline through cold calling and outbound efforts.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing.
• Collaborate closely with Brightvision leadership to define go-to-market strategy and positioning.
• Act as a representative of Brightvision in discussions with senior decision-makers and enterprise clients.
• Create and enhance outbound playbooks that will evolve as the team expands.
• Recruit and lead a team of SDRs once the market gains traction.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and share insights across the broader team.
• Demonstrated success in cold calling and outbound B2B sales.
• High energy, resilient, and driven to win — you proactively generate leads.
• Self-driven and disciplined; you excel without close supervision.
• A proven closer — you successfully guide deals from initial contact to signature.
• Comfortable engaging in discussions with C-suite executives and enterprise decision-makers.
• Professional and polished in customer interactions and presentations.

• Native or fluent French speaker.
• High proficiency in English, which is our business language.
• Previous experience in team leadership, mentoring, or management roles.
• Background in B2B, SaaS, or IT sales.
• Experience with international or cross-border sales.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales.
• Familiarity with working towards KPIs and ambitious targets.
