Outbound SDR, US Time Zone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to customers on possible solutions, offer continuous support, and foster strong relationships through exceptional customer service.

• Develop outbound outreach campaigns and email sequences, while addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Identify, seek out, and connect with new leads through both inbound and outbound channels.

• Follow up using email, phone, and various outreach methods.

• Conduct A/B testing of different strategies to enhance results and boost conversion rates.

• Perform online platform demonstrations to highlight product advantages and features.

• Create and negotiate proposals to finalize deals with prospective customers.

• Upsell to existing customers by uncovering additional value and benefits.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales position.

• Proven history of achieving and surpassing targets.

• Willingness to work during US hours.

• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Capability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

• Strong problem-solving skills to identify customer challenges and provide effective solutions.

• Proficient in utilizing various technology platforms and tools.

• Ability to manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet targets and deadlines.

• Capacity to work collaboratively within a team, adapt to changes, and perform well under pressure.

• Enjoy conducting online demonstrations.

• Experience working with a variety of companies and industries.

• Application must be submitted in either Dutch or English.
