This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Outbound calling (your primary lever): Conduct high-volume cold calls into designated target lists. Initiate discussions, navigate gatekeepers, and pinpoint key decision-makers. Your focus will be on fostering diverse relationships: from scheduling qualified sales meetings to securing strategic business partners and sourcing interviewees/guests for project-related content.

• Multi-channel outreach: Enhance calls with tailored email and LinkedIn outreach to the same accounts, utilizing sequences and messaging frameworks provided by the GTM team.

• Account research & enrichment: Utilize the provided target lists to enrich them - confirm decision-makers, uncover triggers (funding rounds, hiring signals, press mentions), and gather context that maximizes the impact of each call.

• Lead qualification & handoff: Implement qualification criteria defined for each project, pass qualified meetings to the relevant founder or sales lead, and disqualify clearly when there's no fit.

• Market signal feedback: Relay insights gathered - objections, recurring questions, effective messaging, and areas where it may falter. Participate in weekly sync-ups with the GTM/PO team; this is essential for rapid iteration on our offers and approaches.

• CRM hygiene: Maintain detailed, timely records of every interaction in our system. No call should be made without a note.


⛳️ Requirements

• Phone resilience and outbound skills: You have experience making substantial volume calls - whether B2B or B2C, it’s the ability to initiate a call, navigate gatekeepers, and maintain composure during calls that matters, even when calls 1-100 don't go well.

• Proficient business English (deal-breaker): You can conduct a sales call with an English-speaking founder or executive without slowing down or relying on a script. Native Polish, with English that performs well under live pressure. A BBC accent is not required.

• B2B-curious mindset: While a B2B sales background is not necessary, you should be willing to move away from high-pressure scripted closes and adopt a more consultative method. B2B founders respond differently compared to travel customers.

• Genuine interest in startups: You have a keen interest in new companies, technology, and the venture-building process, and you grasp concepts quickly. Previous experience with startups, technology, or B2B SaaS is advantageous, but not essential.

• Self-starter: Unlike most call-center positions that are closely managed, this role allows for independence. You will organize your own schedule, meet weekly targets, and identify obstacles without needing prompting. If this sounds more like freedom than chaos, you're in the right place.

• Tech-savvy: Quick to adapt with a CRM, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator is a plus), and various outreach tools. When new tools are introduced, you will be able to learn them swiftly.

• Availability: 15–20 hours per week, primarily during core business hours (10:00–15:00 CET) - the times when targets are most likely to answer.
