This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and generate high-value opportunities within the sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential high-value accounts.
• Employ a consultative, needs-based sales methodology.
• Execute outbound prospecting through cold calling, emailing, and leveraging social media.
• Educate, qualify, and cultivate target accounts and inbound leads.
• Direct prospects to the appropriate channels or colleagues.
• Inform prospects and articulate value propositions effectively.
• Utilize lead-generation tools, databases, and online resources to establish and sustain a qualified lead pipeline.
• Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers.
• Engage leads to assess their business needs, challenges, and priorities.
• Conduct qualification assessments for potential leads.
• Record prospect interactions and results in CRM and sales tools.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead-generation initiatives and follow-ups.
• Nurture leads with pertinent content.
• Execute outbound campaigns across various channels and regions.
• Provide feedback to the Demand Center organization to enhance processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor strategies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or outbound lead generation, ideally in a B2B context.
• Proven track record in business development within enterprise solutions, software, finance, or technology sales environments.
• Experience in account planning, pre-call preparation, opportunity qualification, and handling objections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in email, voicemail, MS Office, Salesforce, and PhoneBurner.
• History of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
• Aptitude for understanding complex business problems and converting customer needs into effective solutions.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Additional education or certifications in Sales or Customer Service are preferred but not mandatory.
