This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Expert in managing the complete lifecycle of business partnerships.
• Oversees both Pre-Sales acquisition and Post-Sales account management processes.
• Identifies top-tier professionals through a comprehensive selection process.
• Guarantees the effective integration of new partners onto the platform.
• Keeps track of the health of active accounts within the Success Team framework.
• Proactively addresses partner needs to prevent potential friction points.
• Identifies and resolves challenges for inactive accounts to reintegrate qualified professionals into the active network.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound sales or tele-sales, ideally in a remote setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with multitasking skills.
• Proficient with CRM and remote collaboration tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and ZenDesk.
