This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Make 100 outbound calls daily.
• Utilize provided leads while also independently prospecting and generating new leads.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle:
• Identify and qualify potential accounts.
• Deliver product presentations and engage in pricing discussions.
• Handle negotiations and address objections effectively.
• Finalize sales and manage orders from start to finish.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with retail decision-makers.
• Accurately record activities, opportunities, and orders in the CRM system.
• Achieve or surpass daily call quotas, sales targets, and revenue KPIs.
• Remain informed about product offerings, promotions, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams as necessary to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Demonstrated experience in outbound sales, telesales, or inside sales roles.
• Experience in selling to retail sectors, convenience stores, gas stations, or small businesses is preferred.
• Comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls.
• Excellent negotiation, closing, and objection-handling abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple deals and follow-ups concurrently.
• Self-driven, resilient, and focused on results.
• Strong communication skills (clear, confident, and persuasive).
• Basic proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with sales tools.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is an added advantage.
• Client Relationship: You will engage directly with clients, handling communication, service delivery, and any client-related issues independently.
• Payments: All payments for your services will be managed by the client, meaning Elevate and Delegate will not be involved in payroll processing. Your salary will be sent directly to you.
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may provide recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation and holidays, the ultimate decision rests with the client. You are expected to coordinate your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have.
