This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to local businesses across the U.S. on a daily basis.
• Identify and connect with decision-makers through cold outreach methods, including calls and LinkedIn/social media direct messages.
• Effectively articulate the features of a digital/AI product to spark interest.
• Schedule qualified meetings or demonstrations for the team.
• Maintain consistent follow-up across various channels including calls, emails, and social media.
• Regularly update the CRM with all activities and track pipeline progress.
• Strive to meet daily and weekly outreach and booking objectives.
• Experience in both B2B and/or B2C sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in cold outreach through calls and messaging.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls each day (50+ calls).
• Familiarity with selling intangible or complex products such as SaaS, AI, or marketing services.
• Strong spoken English skills, demonstrating clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
• Proven experience utilizing social media as a sales platform (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Disciplined approach to follow-ups, pipeline management, and CRM utilization.
• A results-oriented mindset characterized by consistency and accountability.
• Work remotely (open to candidates globally).
• Part-time position with opportunities to expand based on performance.
• Some overlap with U.S. business hours is necessary.
