This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to local businesses in the U.S. on a daily basis
• Identify and connect with decision-makers through cold outreach methods (calls + LinkedIn/social direct messages)
• Effectively communicate a digital/AI product offering to generate interest
• Schedule qualified meetings/demos for the team
• Maintain consistent follow-ups across various channels (calls, email, social media)
• Keep the CRM updated with all activities and the progress of the pipeline
• Strive to meet daily and weekly outreach and booking targets
• Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales (preferably both)
• Demonstrated experience in cold outreach (calls + messages)
• Comfortable with making a high volume of calls daily (50+ calls/day)
• Experience selling intangible or complex products (SaaS, AI, marketing services, etc.)
• Strong spoken English skills (clear, confident, and professional)
• Experience utilizing social media as a sales tool (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Disciplined in follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and CRM management
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of consistency and accountability
• Nice to have: Experience selling to creators, influencers, or personal brands
• Understanding of growth loops/digital acquisition (beyond just closing deals)
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced or ambiguous environments (e.g., early-stage or AI products)
• Background in lead generation, SDR, appointment setting, or telemarketing
• Remote (open to global candidates)
• Part-time (with potential to scale based on performance)
• Some overlap with U.S. business hours required
