
Outbound Sales Representative – Cold Calling, US Market, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to local businesses based in the U.S.
• Identify and connect with decision-makers through cold outreach methods such as calls and LinkedIn/social media direct messages.
• Effectively communicate the features of a digital/AI product to spark interest.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demonstrations for the team.
• Consistently follow up across various channels, including calls, emails, and social media.
• Maintain an updated CRM with all activities and updates on pipeline progress.
• Strive to meet daily and weekly outreach and booking objectives.
• Experience in both B2B and/or B2C sales environments (preferably both).
• Demonstrated experience in cold outreach techniques through calls and messages.
• Comfortable with making a high daily call volume (50+ calls/day).
• Familiarity with selling intangible or complex products such as SaaS, AI, or marketing services.
• Strong verbal English skills (clear, confident, and professional manner).
• Experience utilizing social media as a sales tool (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Highly disciplined in follow-ups, pipeline management, and CRM utilization.
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of consistency and accountability.
• Preferred: Experience in selling to creators, influencers, or personal brands.
• Understanding of growth loops and digital acquisition strategies (beyond just closing deals).
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced or uncertain environments (e.g., early-stage companies or AI products).
• Background in lead generation, Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles, appointment setting, or telemarketing.
• Remote position (open to candidates from around the globe).
• Part-time role (with the opportunity to increase hours based on performance).
• Some overlap with U.S. business hours is required.
