Outbound Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Reach out to clients to gather outstanding payments.

• Communicate with customers in a patient and professional manner to encourage debt repayment.

• Maintain a balance between fostering trustworthy relationships and ensuring prompt payments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 9 months of BPO - Collections experience with International accounts or at least 1 year of BPO - Sales experience with US accounts.

• Proficient in using dialers.

• Demonstrated experience in account management.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with a strong customer service orientation.

• Operating System - At least Windows 11 OS must be installed.

• Processor - Minimum of 2.0 GHz, 64-bit processor (Intel Core i5 or higher).

• Memory (RAM) - At least 8 GB RAM required.

• Storage - Minimum of 80 GB of free hard drive space.

• Must possess a Noise Cancelling Headset with a microphone.

• Webcam is required.

• Internet Connection - Access via cable or fiber only (DSL, satellite, or wireless connections are not permitted) | Minimum download speed of 75 Mbps | Minimum upload speed of 75 Mbps | Must be hardwired directly to the PC or laptop (Wi-Fi/wireless connections are not allowed).
