This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage incoming inquiries as well as outbound customer service and sales interactions.
• Resolve basic technical issues effectively.
• Deliver high-quality products and services to customers.
• Actively listen to customers, comprehend their needs, and address their concerns.
• Utilize systems and technology for efficient account management tasks.
• Identify sales opportunities and employ sales techniques to enhance products and services.
• Articulate and present products and processes clearly to customers.
• Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to the management team.
• Achieve first-call resolution through adept problem-solving and call handling.
• Engage with hundreds of customers weekly across the nation.
• Participate in compensated on-the-job training.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed of over 20 words per minute with precision.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Highly dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Skilled in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Customer service mindset, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, patience, and diligence.
• Capability to multitask, maintain focus, and manage oneself effectively.
• Strong team collaboration and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with change and uncertainty.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to cultivate relationships with both team members and customers.
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation, including fingerprinting.
• Willingness to participate in drug screening; this does not apply in Canada.
