This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Make outbound calls to qualified customers and prospects utilizing predictive dialer systems.
• Quickly and professionally build rapport while clearly articulating the purpose of the call.
• Conduct customer qualification and insurance review assessments.
• Verify essential policy details, including provider, premium amount, coverage level, and policy duration.
• Collect pertinent customer information such as age, smoking status, and other qualifying criteria.
• Identify life events or changes that may present insurance review opportunities.
• Pose effective questions to reveal customer needs and potential protection gaps.
• Address objections professionally while ensuring a positive experience for the customer.
• Execute data protection, compliance, and address verification checks.
• Refer qualified customers to licensed advisers for further discussions.
• Keep precise and comprehensive records in the CRM system.
• Regularly meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Deliver high-quality opportunities to the adviser team.
• Contribute to a collaborative, performance-oriented remote sales environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professional and confident demeanor on the telephone.
• Previous experience in one or more of the following areas: Outbound Sales, Telesales, Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Insurance, Financial Services, BPO, Customer Service.
• Strong skills in listening, questioning, and building relationships.
• Ability to adhere to scripts while maintaining engaging and natural conversations.
• Proven skills in objection handling and persuasion.
• Keen attention to detail and proficient note-taking capabilities.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to meet performance targets.
• Reliable work ethic and a professional attitude.
• Nice-to-Have: Experience in the insurance, protection, or financial services sectors.
