This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Confirmation of Meetings: Sending email reminders and confirmations to prospective clients for scheduled Discovery Calls.
• Cold Outreach & Lead Acquisition: Performing outbound cold calls to potential clients, primarily aiming to set up Discovery Calls.
• Calendar Oversight: Overseeing the Departmental Calendar for upcoming meetings and coordinating scheduling logistics as necessary.
• Conducting Sales Conversations: Engaging with clients to identify their needs and guiding them through the sales process.
• Handling Incoming Calls: Responding to phone inquiries from potential clients.
• Multi-platform Follow-up & Outreach: Enhancing cold calling initiatives by reaching out to Potential New Clients via email, text messages, and LinkedIn to boost response and booking rates.
• CRM Monitoring & Pipeline Oversight: Carefully tracking all interactions, notes, and status updates for PNC within the CRM to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
• A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in sales, cold calling, or telemarketing is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Software: BloomGrowth, Workday, Active Campaign, GoTo, Zoom, Microsoft 365, Power BI.
• Exceptional and engaging verbal and written communication abilities.
• Patience and the capability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail and a thorough approach to tasks.
• Empathy and understanding towards clients.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
