This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, cultivating relationships, and finalizing sales.
• Develop robust relationships to enhance and broaden customer trust.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies that promote profitable growth while providing significant value to customers.
• Ensure timely and comprehensive pipeline management, keeping the sales pipeline current and precise.
• Take ownership of the complete sales process from the first interaction with prospects, through discovery, product demonstrations, solution development, negotiation, and closing.
• Share your expertise and provide insights and feedback to refine strategies, solutions, and the execution of the sales process.
• Compile customer feedback to inform product development.
• Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business, marketing, or computer science).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a consultative, B2B inside sales position.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Zoominfo is required.
• CRM experience is essential – you should be able to accurately and efficiently maintain impeccable hygiene within our CRM.
• Proven track record of consistently surpassing target goals, pursuing deals, navigating organizational structures, and establishing long-term relationships.
• Experience in outbound prospecting and cold outreach is essential.
• Previous achievements in prospecting, engaging, and securing new business with small to mid-market companies.
• Strong verbal communication skills, comfortable conversing with individuals via phone, chat, email, or video call.
• A desire to contribute to a fast-paced, high-energy startup environment.
• A keen interest in continuous learning and self-improvement.
• Ability to interact effectively and with integrity at all levels of management and among employees.
• Maintains positive and genuine customer relationships.
