This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Leverage targeted prospect lists to perform a high volume of outbound calls and emails, promoting DiscountMugs.com’s branded merchandise solutions and their value proposition.
• Engage in needs-based discussions with potential clients, recommending suitable branded product solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and arrange appointments or demos, effectively transitioning warm opportunities to the sales team as needed.
• Interact with both existing and prospective clients by asking insightful questions, actively listening to their pain points, and articulating how our products meet their needs.
• Maintain a positive, confident, and professional demeanor on the phone, serving as a frontline representative of the DiscountMugs.com brand.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while achieving or surpassing outreach, activity, and scheduling goals.
• Accurately record all call activities, lead statuses, outcomes, and follow-up tasks in the CRM; provide regular updates on performance and activity.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine prospect lists, messaging, and call scripts, sharing insights from customer interactions.
• Continuously enhance product and industry knowledge, adjusting approaches based on feedback and demonstrating resilience in the face of rejection.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrated experience in outbound calling, cold calling, telesales, B2B prospecting, or similar roles aimed at generating new business.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to various personalities, keep conversations engaging, listen attentively, ask meaningful questions, and clearly convey value.
• Comfortable making a significant number of calls daily, handling rejection with professionalism, and maintaining high motivation and momentum.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a pipeline, prioritize follow-up tasks, and effectively utilize a CRM.
• Self-driven, energetic, and goal-oriented; you take initiative and actively pursue results.
• A team-oriented mindset with the capacity to work independently; you monitor your own metrics and uphold a consistently positive attitude.
• A genuine, outgoing presence and confident “phone voice” (and video when necessary); you believe in the power of relationships and are dedicated to building trust in every interaction.
• Preferred: Experience in the promotional products, branded merchandise, or print-on-demand industry.
• Comfortable engaging with business decision-makers, including owners, marketing leaders, and event coordinators.
• Familiarity with outreach tools, dialers, CRM workflows, and basic data entry and analysis.
