This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Initiate outbound calls, send emails/texts, engage on social media, and perform follow-ups to establish connections with potential leads.
• Assess prospects and effectively convey our value proposition.
• Oversee and maintain the sales pipeline within the CRM (GoHighLevel).
• Arrange and transfer calls to closers or conduct demonstrations based on lead readiness.
• Record all interactions and ensure precise CRM documentation.
• Work in conjunction with the Sales Manager to enhance the outbound strategy and achieve team objectives.
• Offer insights on lead quality, objections, and sales opportunities.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound or commission-based sales.
• Achieve 200+ outbound calls daily.
• Comfortable with phone conversations, email communication, and live chat/text interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines and maintain consistent follow-ups.
• Familiarity with CRMs such as GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a focus on teamwork.
• Receptive to feedback, self-aware, and dedicated to ongoing improvement.
