This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Engage proactively with incoming and outgoing contacts to create new business opportunities
• Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance messaging and outreach strategies
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products and trends in the construction industry to effectively communicate value to potential clients
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or C2)
• Over 2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role with B2B SaaS companies based in the U.S.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) is a plus
• Experience in the construction industry is desired
• Background in logistics, real estate, field services, or industrial sectors is also advantageous
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
