• Establish a pipeline through proactive outreach—identify potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone to consistently achieve and surpass quotas.

• Customize your communications—utilize Muck Rack’s tools and prospect insights to ensure outreach is timely, relevant, and well-informed from the outset.

• Strategically prospect—create effective and innovative outreach systems tailored to targeted accounts, employing our systems to recognize patterns and prioritize contacts and timing.

• Organize your day with intention—rely on AI-assisted workflows to manage your time, keep track of follow-ups, and ensure your pipeline progresses without any details slipping through the cracks.

• Stay engaged with PR—keep an eye on industry news to uncover timely and relevant outreach opportunities.

• Uphold accurate CRM practices—ensure lead records, activities, and reporting are precise and current in Salesforce.

• Collaborate across departments—work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to synchronize outreach efforts and promote pipeline growth.

• Adhere to consistent activity standards—meet outreach expectations across various segments while balancing quality personalization with high-volume prospecting.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a SaaS SDR role or 1+ years in PR preferred—you possess an understanding of either the sales process or the buyer's landscape.

• Highly accountable and self-driven, with a growth-oriented mindset that embraces feedback and coaching.

• A natural at building relationships with genuine curiosity and a sales-focused attitude.

• Outstanding written communication skills—you craft emails that are read and elicit responses that advance discussions.

• Strong phone presence—you can quickly establish rapport and sustain a conversation.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment without losing track of tasks.

• A quick learner with new tools (including AI technologies)—our tools include Google Workspace, Salesforce, Outreach, Slack, Nooks, SalesNav, etc.

• Based in or willing to work during East Coast or Central hours.

• Proactively integrate AI tools into daily operations to enhance productivity and expedite delivery.
