This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Proactively engage with targeted prospects through outbound calls, emails, and various outreach channels.
• Qualify leads by understanding their pain points and schedule valuable meetings for Account Executives.
• Manage and cultivate early-stage opportunities from the initial contact to the handoff.
• Clearly communicate Keycafe’s SmartBox value proposition and how it addresses operational challenges.
• Consistently achieve and surpass weekly and monthly outreach and booking goals.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
• Maintain precise activity tracking and lead notes within CRM systems.
• Proven track record as an SDR or in an outbound sales position.
• Exceptional spoken and written English with minimal accent.
• Comfortable making cold calls and professionally addressing objections.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding defined sales targets.
• Strong time management abilities and capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Tech-savvy, eager to explore innovative B2B solutions, and quick to adapt to new tools.
• Nice to Have: Experience in SaaS, B2B, or lead-generation settings.
• Familiarity with North American markets.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and outbound sequencing tools.
• Monthly base salary: €1,500, along with performance-based commissions.
