Outbound Sales Development Representative – Mexico, Pakistan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• The Outbound Sales Development Representative will generate demos for our Account Executives (AE’s) by conducting outbound phone calls and sending emails to our lead lists.

• Dedicate over 80% of your time to making outbound calls and emails aimed at engaging SMB prospects.

• Uphold Applause’s values with integrity, enthusiasm, professionalism, and a comprehensive understanding of the product’s features and advantages.

• Assist cold prospects in recognizing the value of Applause software, fostering awareness and interest.

• Arrange qualified demos for interested SMB prospects to connect with AEs, promoting pipeline expansion.

• Reach out to trade show attendees, encourage visits to our booth, and follow up to nurture leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales, with a demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing SDR quotas.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging SMB decision-makers.

• Familiarity with utilizing sales CRMs (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) to oversee prospecting and pipeline management.

• Comfortable making over 200 outbound calls daily in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to maintain high activity levels while effectively following up.

• Proven capability to thrive in a remote work environment with exceptional time management, a dependable internet connection, and minimal latency.

• Willingness to work an 8-hour shift between 7 AM and 7 PM EST to accommodate client needs and outreach strategies.
