This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Engage with and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
• Identify new sales prospects and proactively reach out to schedule appointments for Account Executives.
• Effectively communicate Remote's value propositions to potential clients while understanding their needs to determine compatibility.
• Provide necessary support to the Account Executive team as required.
• Educate and develop prospects, facilitating a smooth transition to the sales teams.
• Develop targeted prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
• Conduct cold calls to prospects generated from various external sources.
• Identify key decision-makers, gather business requirements, and present tailored solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
• Demonstrated success in business development through effective utilization of core sales tools (Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is advantageous).
• Relevant experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
• Proficient in negotiation and persuasive promotion/selling of ideas.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, alongside excellent listening abilities and a vibrant phone presence.
• Capable of strategic and tactical thinking, maintaining a positive demeanor despite criticism, rejection, or setbacks.
• Exhibits a strong sense of urgency in achieving goals and key deliverables. Self-starter who is proactive and contributes innovative ideas to the team.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Proven success in the key responsibilities outlined above.
• Fluent in both English and German, written and spoken.
• Although experience in remote work is not mandatory, it is considered a plus.
